(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hiroaki Shinya), has acquired shares of Tractebel Engineering Co,. Ltd. (Thailand) and PT Tractebel Engineering Indonesia (Indonesia), the associated companies of Tractebel Engineering S.A. Following the acquisition, these companies will be renamed Nippon Koei Energy Thailand Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Bangkok) and PT Nippon Koei Energy Indonesia (Head Office: Jakarta), respectively.
